Chúng tôi MoodMade tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin khi bạn dùng ứng dụng theo dõi cảm xúc và chia sẻ bài viết (“Ứng dụng”).
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
- Thông tin tài khoản:email, số điện thoại, ngày sinh, giới tính.
- Nội dung bạn tạo: bài viết, bình luận, ảnh/ video, cảm xúc, dữ liệu theo dõi tâm trạng.
- Siêu dữ liệu & công khai: thời gian đăng, lượt thích/ tương tác, cài đặt hiển thị (công khai/ bạn bè/ riêng tư).
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, log lỗi, thống kê sử dụng.
2. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu
- Cung cấp và vận hành tính năng cốt lõi (theo dõi cảm xúc, đăng/ xem bài, bình luận).
- Cá nhân hoá trải nghiệm, đề xuất nội dung phù hợp.
- Cải thiện hiệu năng, sửa lỗi, đảm bảo an toàn và ngăn chặn lạm dụng.
- Liên hệ hỗ trợ, thông báo cập nhật dịch vụ.
- Tuân thủ yêu cầu pháp luật khi cần thiết.
3. Chia sẻ thông tin
- Nội dung của bạn có thể hiển thị cho người khác tuỳ cài đặt riêng tư.
- Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.
- Có thể chia sẻ một phần dữ liệu với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ (lưu trữ, phân tích, thông báo đẩy) theo hợp đồng bảo mật.
- Chia sẻ theo yêu cầu pháp luật hoặc để bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp của chúng tôi/ người dùng.
4. Quyền của bạn
- Truy cập, cập nhật thông tin tài khoản.
- Xoá bài viết hoặc đặt chế độ riêng tư.

5. Lưu trữ & bảo mật
Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu, nhưng không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trong hạ tầng đám mây đáng tin cậy và chỉ giữ trong thời gian cần thiết cho mục đích nêu trên hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp luật.
6. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không dành cho người dùng dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh/ người giám hộ và cho rằng trẻ đã cung cấp dữ liệu, vui lòng liên hệ chúng tôi để hỗ trợ xoá.
7. Chuyển giao quốc tế
Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý tại các quốc gia khác nơi đặt máy chủ/ nhà cung cấp dịch vụ. Chúng tôi sẽ áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp theo luật hiện hành.

We MoodMade value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our emotion tracking and social sharing application (“App”).

- Account info: email, date of birth, gender.
- User content: posts, comments, photos/ videos, moods and emotion logs.
- Public/ metadata: timestamps, likes/ interactions, visibility settings (public/ friends/ private).
- Technical data: device type, OS, crash logs, usage analytics.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide and operate core features (mood tracking, posting, viewing, commenting).
- Personalize experience and content recommendations.
- Improve performance, fix bugs, ensure safety and prevent abuse.
- Contact you for support and service updates.
- Comply with legal obligations where required.
3. Sharing
- Your content may be visible to others per your privacy settings.
- We do not sell personal data.

The App is not intended for users under 13. If you are a parent/ guardian and believe a child provided data, please contact us for assistance with deletion.

Data may be processed in countries where our servers or service providers are located. We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.
